Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at support@melicior.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@melicior.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched yet.
