We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Every order is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee, whether you have opened the product or not.

What's Covered

OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS Tried it and you are not satisfied? You are covered. Within 60 days of delivery, just email us for a full refund. You do not need to ship an opened jar back to us. We only ask for your order number and a quick note on what did not work for you, because that genuinely helps us improve.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS If you have not opened your product, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition with all packaging intact.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Request a Refund

First, email support@melicior.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return, as this helps us improve our service. We will reply within 24 hours.

For opened or used products, that is all we need. There is nothing to ship back.

For unopened products you would like to return, we will send return instructions and our return address. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive it, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Opened or used products: no return needed, so there is no return shipping to worry about.

Unopened products: if you would like to send back a sealed jar, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover everything and send you a prepaid label.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank's own processing times may add a few extra days.

What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Returns requested more than 60 days after the delivery date
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Only orders placed on melicior.com are covered.

Important Notes

This guarantee is meant for genuine personal trial, so it applies to your first order of a product. We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside this policy. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except on damaged or defective items.
